I continue to look after vacations and meetings for the most demanding clients in the world, fulfilling dreams and exceeding expectations.
I have also worked closely with government and heritage historic house owners to develop their tourism potential.
I write on Irish food, houses, ghosts and antiques for various British, Irish and American newspapers and magazines and regularly lecture in America to heritage organisations. I love travelling to off the beaten track destinations around the world and try and show clients similar secret sites in Britain and Ireland.
